We are
Because Architecture Matters

We are project management assistants specialized in low-carbon projects and the architectural quality. Our team is made up of architects, building engineers and united to bring exemplary projects to life.

Frugality and Sobriety

It's during the programming phase, well before project design that 70% of a building's environmental impact on the overall of its life cycle is determined

The quest for architectural quality in the broadest sense of the term is behind the creation of BAM. To bring your project to life, we work with you to design you the exhaustive specifications which will be made available to the project management team. It imposes high standards and high relevance: order quality determines quality architectural. Programming and selection of designers considerable factors in architectural quality. They are well before the project is conceived.

Building reversibility

The construction of a new building is a long-term process. A building has to be able to live 150 - 200 years, and to do this it has to include the possibility of reinventing itself over the course of its life. It must be reversible.

At BAM, we prioritize sustainability and reversibility in all our construction projects. Right from the start of the design process, we anticipate future needs by carrying out an in-depth analysis of our customers' requirements, as well as environmental and societal trends. By using sustainable materials and innovative technologies to minimize carbon footprints, we ensure that our buildings remain robust and high-quality over the long term. What's more, our design incorporates the flexibility to allow future adaptations without compromising structural integrity. This proactive approach ensures that our buildings can adapt to changing uses over time, remaining relevant and functional for decades to come.

Architecture matters

Architecture is your brand's silent ambassador. Architecture doesn't have to respond to a fashion, it's perennial, it's a unique response to a context, it will pass through successive generations.

For us at BAM, architecture is much more than just a building; it embodies the very essence of your brand. We believe in a timeless approach to architecture that transcends ephemeral trends to offer an authentic, sustainable response to every context. Every architectural creation we work on is designed to stand the test of time, serving not only the needs of the present, but also those of future generations.
