The project

Fabrice and Sabine’s house is a demanding and pragmatic project. Unpretentious,
the look of the house should reflect its uses: a showcase for simple pleasures.

In keeping with the family’s way of life, the project must be resilient and do justice to the family’s needs.

Competition calendar

  • November 30, 2021 - Application deadline
  • February 21, 2022 - Deadline for project submissions
  • March 2022 - Announcement of the winner

Team selection

  • 2 to 4 eligible teams will be selected by the client on the basis of their portfolio and a letter of motivation.
  • Each team admitted to the competition will receive €3,000 (excl. VAT) for its participation in the competition.

Registration fees

  • Registration is free until November 17, 20:00 UTC+1
  • The registration fee is €30 plus VAT.
  • The closing date for applications is 30/11/2021.

Eligibility criteria

  • The competition is open to all French and foreign architects authorized to practice in France.
  • Architects not based in France are advised to work with local partners.
  • The inclusion of a landscape architect and a specialized design office on the team is recommended.

  • Complete mission: from sketch to handover
  • Design mission only (execution mission may be carried out by a local partner selected by the client): from the sketch to the awarding of contracts, with a VISA mission.
